Returns and Refunds?

We hope you will love everything you receive from us, but if you are not, we’ll be happy to offer you an exchange, or a full refund for goods returned within 100 days.

You can also cancel your purchase by notifying us if it has not shipped.

If there is a manufacturing fault or defect with your order, you can return it to us within the 100 day trial period for replacement or refund. Naturally, this does not apply to any faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

The warranty excludes the following:

- failure due to improper handling or operation
- failure due to an unstable power source
- products were dismantled or modified without written approval from Dr. Lite or used in conjunction with parts not provided by Dr. lite such as power cords or power adaptors.
- products repaired or altered by persons not authorized by Dr. Lite
- acts of God
- If failures occur within 100 days of purchase date, Dr. Lite will pay for shipment of the product to Dr. Lite warehouse for verification.

If failures occur outside of the 100 days of purchase, the buyer is responsible for shipment of the product to a Dr. Lite warehouse for verification.

In cases where a product can be repaired and returned in good working condition, Dr. Lite will repair and return the product.

In cases where a product cannot be restored to reasonable working condition, Dr. lite will provide the buyer with a new product of the same model or closest equivalent if that model is no longer available.

In cases of repair or replacement covered under warranty, Dr. Lite will cover all return shipment of the product to the buyer.

In cases where the repair or replacement is not covered by warranty and buyer would like to purchase a new product, they will receive a certificate for 30% off the purchase of a new product directly from Dr. Lite website.
